Deleting your data
How to remove a connected account, close your Growth Pilot workspace, and have the personal data we hold erased.
Last updated: 25 July 2026
2. Deleting your workspace
To close a workspace and have its contents erased, email contact@avryxa.comfrom the address you sign in with, asking us to delete the workspace and naming it. We will verify that the request comes from an owner before acting on it — a deletion request we cannot attribute is a way to destroy somebody else’s data.
We act within 30 days of verifying the request. Live systems are cleared first; backups age out within 90 days of that, after which no copy remains.
3. Deleting personal data without closing the account
You can ask us to erase personal data we hold about you while keeping the workspace open — for example if you are leaving a team but your colleagues carry on. Email contact@avryxa.com and say what you want removed.
4. What we have to keep
Two categories survive a deletion request, both because the law requires it rather than because we want them:
- Billing and tax records — invoices and payment records, retained for the period required by Indian tax and company law, currently eight years.
- Security and audit logs — retained for around 12 months, and used only to investigate abuse or a security incident.
Business information discovered from public sources is not personal data about you as a customer, and is handled under the removal process described in the Privacy Policy.
5. If we get it wrong
If a deletion request is not honoured, contact our grievance officer at contact@avryxa.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA or UK.
1. Disconnecting a social account
Connecting a Facebook Page, LinkedIn profile, or other network stores an access token so scheduled posts can be published on your behalf. Removing that connection destroys the token immediately — we cannot post afterwards, and nothing is kept in reserve.
Posts already published to a network stay on that network. They belong to your Page or profile, not to us, so delete them there if you want them gone.
