Answers from your workspace, with the figures it used
Which clients are at risk this month, and what should I do about the worst one?
Three engagements are in the at risk band. Harbour Point Clinic is the worst: health fell from 71 to 48 after two milestones slipped and its rankings dropped for four commercial keywords. Their last report went out 41 days ago.Based on: health snapshot (12 Jul), keyword positions (28-day window), 3 overdue tasks. Figures come from your workspace — nothing here is estimated.

One dashboard for the whole agency
Sell, deliver and grow on one screen — what needs a person today sits at the top, above live numbers for leads, delivery and recurring revenue.

Lead generation campaigns
Pick a market and a category. Discovery finds the businesses, verifies their websites and hands back scored, evidence-backed leads.

Scored leads with evidence
Every lead carries a score, the reason for it, and a phone number to act on — highest potential first.

Sales pipeline CRM
Drag leads through stages the whole team can see. The built-in CRM keeps notes, activity and assignments on each lead.

Opportunity map
Every discovered business on a map — amber where there is no website to compete with, which is where the opportunity is.

SEO audit tool
A whole-site crawl scored across indexability, content, performance and technical SEO — with the quick wins separated out.

Keyword research and rank tracking
Phrases the site already targets, phrases the market searches for, and tracked positions — priced per request, never per seat.

Backlink checker
Any domain's link profile from a commercial index — referring domains, authority, spam score, and a disavow file built free from what you already bought.

Competitor analysis
Your site and theirs, crawled by the same crawler and scored by the same rules — so every gap it reports is like for like.
One chain, from a cold market to a renewed retainer
Every feature has to improve a link in this chain. Anything that does not is not built — which is why there is no second tool to open.

An assistant that prepares the work and then waits for you
Ask it to analyse a site, summarise an audit, find the accounts at risk, draft a proposal or prepare a client meeting. It answers from your workspace — and it can only reach the records your role can.
It shows its working
Every answer names the figures it used and where they came from. An answer that quotes a number it was never given is replaced rather than shown.
It prepares; a person decides
Nothing is sent, published or charged by a model. High-impact work arrives as a prepared change with “nothing has happened yet” on it.
It stays inside your permissions
The assistant reaches records through the same permission checks as the screens. There is no back door for a model.
Every run is audited
What was asked, what was read, what it cost, and what it decided — recorded, per workspace.

The details an agency notices in week two

Keyword intelligence
Phrases derived from a site's own content, measured against Search Console when it is connected, and clustered by the words they share.
Competitor analysis
Where a client sits against the sites actually ranking for their terms — on the same measurements, so the comparison means something.
Trends that survive scrutiny
A direction is only reported when there are enough observations, far enough apart. Reliability is stated rather than implied.
Proposals from real analysis
Assembled out of the audit and the value estimate, exported as a premium PDF with a contents page, or presented full screen.
Account health and renewals
Six weighted signals, scored only over the ones that had data, with a confidence level beside the number and a renewals board sorted by risk.
Search across everything
Ten sources — clients, leads, projects, documents, audits and more — grouped by where they came from, each scoped to what you may see.
A portal your client opens, branded as you
Progress, milestones, deliverables, files, approvals, messages and meetings — in language written for a client, with no health bands or task counts. Portal users have no workspace membership at all, so your agency application is unreachable for them by construction rather than by a permission check.
- ✓Magic-link sign-in, hashed at rest and single use
- ✓A response that never reveals whether an address is known
- ✓Per-person permissions, with navigation removed rather than disabled

Write it, score it, keep every version
Fourteen content kinds with whole-body version history and a deterministic score that names every deduction — and penalises nothing it did not measure. The AI suggests against a hash of the text, so a suggestion for a draft that has moved on is refused rather than applied.
The seams are where the margin goes

Growth Pilot is early. When agencies say something worth quoting, their words and their logo will be here — and not before. In the meantime, here is what the product has actually been put through.
Run against real websites
Audits on live sites, including our own — which is where two of the quality rules in the clustering engine came from, and where the platform found six pages of avryxa.com canonicalising to its homepage.
Payments exercised end to end
A real payment captured through the gateway, credited by its signed webhook, with a replay rejected as a duplicate and a forged signature refused.
Backups restored, not assumed
Nightly off-site backups, verified readable before upload, and restored into a scratch database with the row counts checked.
Agencies using Growth Pilot
Join early and help shape what gets built next.
Built to survive a procurement questionnaire
Your workspace holds your prospect list, your clients and your commercials. These are the controls that protect it, and they are properties of the code rather than promises in a policy.
Tenant isolation in the queries
Every repository takes a workspace context and bakes it into the SQL. A record from another workspace behaves exactly like one that does not exist — no “forbidden” response to confirm it is there.
Passwordless by default
Email one-time codes hashed at rest, passkeys, and Google sign-in. There is no password to reuse, phish or leak.
Roles that mean something
Thirty-one permissions across seven roles, checked on the server for every read and write — including everything the AI assistant can reach.
An append-only audit trail
Who did what, when, and from where. Exports, AI runs, approvals and admin access are all recorded.
A crawler that cannot be turned inward
Every outbound fetch passes an SSRF guard: no private networks, no redirect abuse, and crawled HTML is never rendered as markup.
Backups you could actually restore
Nightly, off-site, verified readable before upload — and rehearsed by restoring into a scratch database rather than hoped about.

Going over an allowance is charged from a wallet you top up — never a surprise invoice, and never a charge before the work is authorised. Annual billing and larger volumes: talk to us.
The things agencies ask before they sign up
If the answer you need is not here, ask us. We would rather say “not yet” than let you find out later.
Getting started
How long does it take to see something useful?
Minutes. Create a workspace, point an audit at any website and you get a health score with the findings behind it. A discovery campaign takes longer because it is doing real work in the background — you will see businesses arriving as it runs.
Do I need to migrate anything?
No. You can import the clients and keyword lists you already have from a CSV or JSON file, and every import shows you exactly what it will create or skip before it writes anything. You can also start empty and never import at all.
Is there onboarding help?
Yes — tell us about your agency and we will set the first campaign up with you. Support is by email, and we aim to answer within one business day.
Pricing and billing
What does the free plan actually include?
The whole platform, with a monthly allowance: 25 businesses discovered, 10 deep analyses, 10 SEO analyses and 3 site audits. No card, and no trial that quietly ends.
What happens if I go over an allowance?
Nothing runs that you have not paid for. Work is metered before it starts, and overage comes out of a wallet you top up in advance. There is no surprise invoice, and a campaign cannot spend past the amount reserved for it.
Which currencies and payment methods?
Indian rupees and US dollars, through Razorpay — cards, UPI and netbanking. Every payment is confirmed by a signed webhook before anything is credited.
Can I get an invoice with GST?
Not yet. The company is not GST-registered, so no GST is collected and no GSTIN is shown — charging tax without registration is an offence. Invoices with GST will follow registration.
AI
Will the AI send emails or publish things on its own?
No. A model may draft, recommend and prepare; it may not send an email, publish a page, launch an advert or post to a social account. Those arrive as prepared changes that say “nothing has happened yet” until a person approves them.
How do I know the AI is not making figures up?
Every answer names the measurements it used. An answer that quotes a figure the assistant was never given is replaced rather than shown, and the scores themselves are produced by deterministic code — a model can explain a score, never set one.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your workspace's records are used to answer your questions and nothing else. AI runs are recorded per workspace so you can see exactly what was asked and what it read.
SEO and data
How does the audit compare with the tool I use now?
It is deterministic and it shows its arithmetic: around twenty rules, a weighted score across nine categories, and every finding carrying its evidence, impact, effort and confidence. Audits are immutable, so this month can be compared with last.
Where does the benchmark data come from?
Measurements of publicly crawlable websites, kept separate from anything private to a workspace. A cohort is only shown when enough independent businesses have been measured, so no comparison can identify anybody.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, whenever you want — leads, clients and keywords as CSV or JSON, and audits as PDF, spreadsheet or JSON. Exports are permission-gated and recorded, because a file outlives every access control the product has.
Security and operations
How is one workspace kept apart from another?
Isolation lives in the queries, not in a filter someone remembers to apply: every repository takes a workspace context and bakes it into the SQL. A record from another workspace behaves exactly like one that does not exist.
Where is the data hosted?
On our own infrastructure in Mumbai, India, with nightly off-site backups that are verified readable before upload and rehearsed by restoring them.
Can I white-label it for clients?
Client-facing surfaces already carry your agency's name, logo and colours — reports, proposals and the client portal. Full per-workspace theming of the agency application itself is on the roadmap.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export it first — everything is exportable while your account is open. Deletion follows the retention terms in the privacy policy, and the audit trail records the request.
Your next client is already visible. They just have not been measured yet.
Start with one audit of any website. If what comes back is not something you would put in front of a prospect, you have lost ten minutes.
No card. No trial that quietly ends.
